This launches a new chapter of growth for Worldwide Machinery, with expanded resources, experienced leadership and dedicated capital support.
Founded in 1949, Worldwide Machinery has eight locations globally, offering customers access to a fleet of more than 1,200 machines serving the earthmoving, mining, pipeline and renewable energy industries. Daytoday operations remain unchanged, with the same commitment to reliability, responsiveness, and professionalism.

The sale followed a competitive process and was finalized efficiently, with operations fully supported by ongoing cash collections throughout.
